Q: What does my targeted Mailing List include? A: Your mailing list includes seperated fields for each record. The basic record for consumer mailing lists will have individuals' names and addresses. You can delimit the mailing list (narrow down your best sales prospects) by region, age range, income range, gender, marital status, presence of children, home owner/renter, and dwelling type. Use of these selects is included in the cost of your list.
For a business mailing list, the base record includes company name and address. Included in the cost of this list is the ability to delimit your mailing list by SIC code, a very specific industry classification code. You can search keywords on our software to find the exact business type to mail to, and can include multiple SIC codes on the same mailing list.
You can order more record information or use more data to delimit your targeted mailing list for additional fees. Telephone numbers for telemarketing or follow-up, names of titled persons in business, fax numbers, and more can be included in your mailing list. Q: In what format will my list be? A: We can deliver your mailing list either by secure email or rush delivery data CD. Your data will arrive in two formats: -Comma-delimited ASCII text format, which you can easily download and import into Excel, Access, Lotus, ACT, as well as many other programs. -Excel format, which you also can easily download and import into Access, Lotus, ACT as well as several other programs.
Q: How fast will I get my mailing list? A: You will receive your mailing within 24 hours, but most lists will be ready in 2 hours.
Q: What sources do you use to get the information for your lists? A: Peter the Printer uses EquiFax for its consumer information, and D&B for its business information. Both of these organizations are among the largest and most respected in their fields, reaching the overwhelming majority of U.S. individuals and businesses. Q: Do I get a receipt of invoice? A: Yes, your receipt and invoice are located under the details section of each specific order in the “Orders” tab. You will receive an email notification as well.
Q: What is your guarantee? A: Our guarantee is 100% Customer Satisfaction, or your money back. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us at 866-PETER-02 (866-738-3702).
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do? A: If you forgot your password, click on “Login” and choose the “Forgot your password” box. Please enter your email address and we will send you a temporary password, via email. You can always change your password again by going to “My Profile”
Q: Can I rush my order? A: We do not offer rushed order with our mailing list services. You will receive your mailing list with 24 hours.
Q: What if I want to cancel my order? A: If you want to cancel your order, contact us at 866-PETER-02 (866-738-3702), and talk to one of our customer services representatives.
Q: Do you accept checks/money orders/purchase orders? A: No, we do not currently accept checks, money orders, or purchase orders; major credit and debit cards and PayPal are the only valid forms of payment.
